This research work focuses on the situation of the non-governmental organization Solidarity Peru, which has decided to suspend all its projects due to a series of identified issues. Among the major problems, the lack of communication between different areas and organization leaders, discrepancies in expectations regarding the NGO's objectives, and disorganization in project management stand out. These issues have had a significant impact on donations, leading to the need to temporarily halt ongoing projects. The research involved obtaining information from internal sources, including interviews with former officials who were in charge of previous projects, as well as a key interview with the current Executive Director. This latter interview revealed that the lack of communication among organization members is a recurring issue. As a solution to these problems, three alternatives are proposed, with the most prominent being the creation of a subarea of Project Management and Direction responsible for overseeing the entire project cycle, from conception to the implementation of future projects. A comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility and viability of this new area has been conducted, with the aim of making a positive impact on the organization's objectives and meeting the expectations of executives and donors. The implementation of these solutions is expected to lead to an increase in financial contributions and, ultimately, a reduction in extreme child poverty in the Lima Norte region.
