Promart is a Peruvian home improvement and construction chain with 25% of TOM and has direct competition with Sodimac and Maestro with 51% and 13% of TOM respectively. The main objective of this work is to demonstrate the execution of the communication strategy for the trends category, to position Promart as a brand that inspires and is innovative in the Peruvian market to reach 50 and 49 percentage points respectively by the end of 2022. These attributes were at 41.1 and 45.4 points. percentages at the beginning of the year. The strategy included methodologies such as category and customer analysis by Promart, through studies, surveys, benchmarks, and data from internal platforms. And planning, advertising creativity and execution on the Fahrenheit side. Subsequently, post tests were carried out to review the effectiveness of the campaign and the result was 51 points. in inspiration 53pts. in novelty, growing 9.9 and 7.6pts. percentages respectively at the end of 2022. Likewise, these results contributed to the TOM by reducing the gap between Promart (35%) and Sodimac (37%), while Maestro had 12%. Carrying out a strategy for decorative products within the home improvement sector as Promart did, allows us to identify several achievements, such as, for example, increasing the perception of a brand as novel and inspiring; capture customer attention by highlighting the beauty and functionality of decorative products to complement projects; and achieve differentiation in the market, building customer loyalty.
