In the execution of an educational infrastructure project by the public sector, one of the main problems is the lack of foresight of a contingency plan to continue with the educational service from the preliminary design stage, this added to the constant stoppages of work, delays and unfinished projects; directly affect the educational service of the population in rural areas of the province of La Convención, Cusco. The objective of this work is to propose alternatives for the construction of temporary infrastructure for educational projects in rural areas, evaluate its characteristics and functionality, and determine its cost, to meet the demand of the educational population, without adequate attention during construction. For such purposes, temporary infrastructure alternatives were proposed at the single-teacher and multi-grade poly-teacher levels, using the Choice by Advantages (CBA) method to determine the best alternative to be used. The tangible and intangible benefits of using these modules as part of the educational infrastructure projects were analyzed, with positive results.
