Consultores (2018), a study reveals that 67% of respondents considered not returning to purchase a service or product due to inadequate customer service and 60% requested the complaints book. SUNAT (2020) reported that 92% of company sales, at the end of 2020, were made using electronic invoicing, which shows the growing demand for the use of this service. For this reason, there are delays in care, which generates hardships and discomfort for users. Therefore, the main objective of this work is the development of an automation platform that allows compliance with the established times for ticket attention. The proposed platform is made up of two parts, the first is a Chatbot that, using the NLP technique, allows level 1 and 2 service requests to be resolved on time; The second is an RPA that helps carry out the manual tasks carried out by the help desk operators, but automatically through the Chatbot request. The validation was carried out with 10 people, who made a total of 512 dialogues with the Chatbot regarding level 1 and 2 tickets. The data analyzed showed that there was a reduction in response times greater than 70% in all the cases. cases.
