In the current business world, the constant pursuit of excellence and sustainable growth has become essential for the success of any organization. However, there is an underlying factor that makes the difference in a successful company. The effectiveness and performance of an organization largely depend on the interaction between the organizational structure and efficiency. The organizational structure stands out as a critical component that shapes the dynamics. It also represents the framework within which authority relationships, task and responsibility allocation, and internal communication are defined. The purpose of this study is to analyze the organizational structure as a determining factor in job performance and how a positive culture can influence employee growth and retention. To achieve this objective, interviews and relevant qualitative data will be analyzed. This will provide a diagnosis of the problematic situation under investigation. Subsequently, the relevance of the problematic situation for value generation in the organization will be substantiated. Then, solution alternatives will be presented and analyzed, each with proposed approaches from the related areas. Finally, the study will conclude with recommendations.
