The following research entitled “Improvement model to increase the level of order fulfillment of a logistics operator of transport and distribution in the field of chemical products, in the northern region of Lima, through 5S, standardized work and SLP“, presents as main problem the low percentage of Fill Rate, in the process of distribution of orders in the packing process in the company Sigonsa S.A.C. The analysis indicates that the mentioned problems generate a low percentage in the preparation of orders. Therefore, in order to improve the process, the 5S tools and standardized work were applied. Subsequently, the SLP tools - Inventory Control System, ABC classification and indicators management board. The tools are applied under formats that complement the clarity in the execution of work. Finally, the correct distribution by means of SLP focuses on a better distribution of the merchandise and the reduction of routes used by the operator in the location of each product to be distributed. For its optimal implementation, several parameters were evaluated, such as economic flow analysis, to demonstrate the impact it generates in the company and its viability in relation to the project. The main result was improved efficiency in the packing process, which resulted in a reduction in costs of US$4,316.17. Consequently, there is a 90% increase in the FILL RATE indicator, which increases the company's level of service, which will generate a reduction in the company's costs.
