Financial companies are subject to regulations imposed by the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, one of which is the circular of bank cash, which seeks to ensure that companies have the necessary reserves to cope with cash withdrawal from depositors. The process is carried out daily and monthly, and delivery times must be complied with to avoid warnings. However, the company taken for this report has technological shortcomings and excessive manuality for implementation, which requires automation. In this report it is intended to show the survey of AS-IS processes to review the critical points of improvement and obtain the necessary requirements for the new form of work, giving start to the development of the designs of the architectures that will show the modules necessary for the operation, such as the technological section. It was necessary to migrate the bases to an environment that would allow the continuity of the process, as was also developed the “System of the Circular Banking Deposit” using Microsoft Object Library, allowing to automate activities and reducing errors. Tests were conducted for 1 week for the migration, 2 weeks for the daily process and 2 months for the monthly process, in order to ensure the integrity of the information. Following the tests carried out, the daily process was able to reduce approximately 81.55 monthly hours, meaning a reduction of 86.99%, while the monthly process succeeded in reducing 2.67 monthly times, having a decrease of 89.24%.
