Lean Manufacturing is used in several water production companies because it is a very flexible system. The company under study has as its main problem the low real production rate, generating an economic impact of S/164,172.09 equivalent to 25.75% of the turnover. The main reason for these problems are the processes that were not standardized in the washing and packaging area, these being the most relevant for production to be efficient. By implementing Lean Manufacturing tools such as standardization in the washing and packaging processes, the actual production rate increased from 74.05% to 92.37%. Using TPM and Inventory Management improved availability from 73.45% to 76%, yield from 76.83% to 94%, and quality from 76.87% to 99%, reaching the world class standard.
