This work focuses on optimizing the human experience and payroll management processes within a company in the fishing industry. These processes evolved through various stages during the project's development. The information collected was rigorously validated at each stage, playing a pivotal role in achieving the final outcome: the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The primary aim of introducing this business system is to streamline employees' request procedures, reducing both time and the personnel responsible for processing and verifying these requests. To embark on this project, the company's specific business needs had to be assessed. Given that the company's core operations do not extensively revolve around information technology, the Human Resources and Information Technologies departments took on the responsibility of advocating for this solution with senior management to kickstart its implementation. This project meticulously outlines the planning of enterprise resources across all its stages, encompassing various documents such as the project schedule, a risk matrix, solution design, process outlines, business architecture tailored to the solution, stakeholders and contributors, and finally, the project's validation.
