During the medical internship process in Peru, the learning that has been acquired during the course of the degree is integrated and consolidated. This portfolio is a descriptive analytical work made up of 30 significant clinical cases, from the following specialties and areas: Primary care, oncological surgery, oncological medicine, all acquired during the medical internship in the period from April 2023 to January 2024 in the establishment of health “José Carlos Mariátegui Health Center” and “National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases”. In each clinical case we seek to capture the most important, mentioning the diagnosis, complications, treatment and a brief reflection of each case that complements my clinical judgment. Objectives: analyze and describe the most relevant cases that contributed significantly to my training as a medical intern. Methodology: descriptive analytical portfolio about my time as a medical intern for 10 months. Results: review of 30 cases that gave me the greatest learning during my degree focused on different areas. Conclusions: the last year was an essential stage that has allowed me to apply and consolidate everything I have learned throughout my career within a health establishment. Likewise, I have been acquiring more learning and being better prepared to face any medical care with the aim of prioritizing the health of patients.
