Abstract: En la investigación se realizó un análisis comparativo de los resultados de capacidades de cargas teóricas y reales del proyecto Viaducto de la Costa Verde, tramo bajada Rafael Escardó, ubicado en la región de Lima.

The research conducted a comparative analysis of the results of theoretical and real load capacities of the Costa Verde Viaduct project, Rafael Escardo downhill stretch, located in the Lima region. The analysis of the load capacity assessment was carried out on four samples of piles such as, PC-4, P-57, PA-5 and P-34; using three methodologies based on theoretical principles of geotechnics, used according to the conditions of a granular soil. The Vesic, Chen & Kulhawy and Berezantsev methods were used for the calculation of peak load capacity, while the Coyle & Castello method was used for friction input. The actual results of the last load capacity were obtained through the dynamic PDA and CAPWAP tests, which were provided by companies specialized in the construction of foundation works of the project such as Pilotes Terratest and GRL Engineers. Finally, in this research it was possible to identify that the combination of the theoretical methodologies of Vesic together with Cole & Castello provided results of last capacity corrected with greater approximation to the real values obtained by the field trials of the project in study with an average percentage variation of 12%.
