Influencia de los Ratios Financieros en la Toma De Decisiones de la Empresa Architech Constructores S.A.C. Ubicada En San Borja, Año 2015

Abstract

Nuestro estudio de investigación trata sobre el tema: Influencia de los Ratios Financieros en la Toma de Decisiones de la empresa Architech Constructores S.A.C, ubicada en Av. San Borja Norte Nro. 1088 –San Borja-Lima año 2015, especialista en edificaciones, desde el año 2003 en los servicios de construcción en el sector privado a nivel nacional. Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación, nos hemos acogido a los lineamientos establecidos por la Universidad Peruana de Las Américas. En el capítulo I reúne el conjunto de conocimientos que sirven de respaldo y fundamento a nuestra investigación y se detallan a través de los antecedentes, bases teóricas y marco conceptual. Capítulo III: Alternativas de Solución, en esta parte presentamos las posibles alternativas de solución al problema planteado, y a la casuística presentada; siendo el resultado de los conocimientos obtenidos, análisis realizados y propuestas, que consideramos necesarias. Capítulo IV: Conclusiones y Recomendaciones. Finalmente, se expresa las conclusiones y recomendaciones respectivas, fruto de la investigación y es de esperar que se acoja con sentido crítico, analítico y aplicativo.

Our research study deals with the subject: Influence of the Financial Ratios in the Decision Making of the company Architech Constructores SAC, located in Av. San Borja Norte No. 1088 - San Borja-Lima 2015, specialist in buildings, from the 2003 in construction services in the private sector nationwide. For the development of this research work, we have accepted the guidelines established by the Peruvian University of the Americas. In chapter I, it gathers the set of knowledge that serves as support and foundation to our research and is detailed through the antecedents, theoretical bases and conceptual framework. Chapter III: Alternatives of Solution, in this part we present the possible alternatives of solution to the problem posed, and to the casuistry presented; being the result of the knowledge obtained, analyzes carried out and proposals, which we consider necessary. Chapter IV: Conclusions and Recommendations. Finally, it expresses the respective conclusions and recommendations, fruit of the investigation and it is to be expected that it be received with a critical, analytical and application sense.
