The present work of professional sufficiency analyzes the low efficiency in the sublimation process in a Mype of the textile sector. The aforementioned problem is caused by unscheduled production stops, raw material stored in the work area and the overstock of finished products. Faced with this scenario, we proceeded to design and develop improvements in the production process using Lean techniques such as 5S, Kanban and Standardization of work to increase the financial profitability of the company. The research is integrated by means of four chapters. First, the definition of the tools that will be used for the design of the Lean Manufacturing model, where it will be explained which are the guidelines that every company belonging to the textile industry has, as well as an analysis of the background of the sector. Second, the diagnosis and development of the current situation of the company will be carried out to determine the main problems encountered in the textile sublimation process. Third, the solution method to the problem will be detailed. Fourth, the validation of the 5S, Kanban and Standardization of work techniques will be carried out to increase efficiency, productivity, decrease the amount of non-conforming products and overproduction. This will be reflected in an economic impact based on the net profit calculated. The payback period for the amount invested will be 1 year, 9 months and 7 days once the implementation is completed.
