The purpose of this professional proficiency project is to improve the logistics of distribution of poultry products carried out in a distributor in the sector. The objective is to increase the distribution performance of poultry products to reduce the expenses of the case study company. As a starting point, the analysis of the company's Perfect Order Index was carried out and the diagnosis of the problem situation that the company constantly goes through such as on-time orders, conforming quality of the products, complete orders and exact documentation. For this reason, the application of Lean Logistic tools such as TVSM, TOVE, 5S and the use of the CLARKE-WRIGHT algorithm is proposed to optimize the pre-transit, transit and post-transit processes, with the purpose of using the fewer resources available and reduce extra costs incurred due to poor management. For the validation of this project, a pilot method of a one-year future state of the situation was used through the use of the aforementioned tools. The execution of the improvement proposal allowed us to reflect a 42% improvement in activity times. of the dispatch area, 4.1% in accurate documentation, the perfect order index improved from 72.1% to 84.2%. Finally, in this project, an NPV of S/. 66576.94 and an IRR of 46%, which concludes that the project is viable.
