The purpose of this research work is to increase the level of service of the company that produces and markets plastic products. The implementation of the Kanban, Business Process Manufacturing (BPM), and Work Methods methodologies was carried out to propose a solution to said problem. This work consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework was developed with the necessary concepts for the development of the proposal. In the second chapter, an analysis of the current situation of the company is developed, thus being able to identify the main problems, the problem tree tool was used, which allowed the root causes to be identified. In the third chapter, the Kanban, Business Process Manufacturing (BPM), and Work Methods methodologies are developed as a solution proposal for the 3 main reasons for the low level of service in the company under study. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the results of the implementation of each of the tools used are presented, to maximize the level of service of the company, as well as the conclusions and recommendations of the research project.
