This study is based on the research carried out by the authors called “PDCA and TPM to increase productivity in an SME in the pharmaceutical sector“. Nowadays, manufacturing companies face several problems in their field, one of the most frequent is low productivity. The present work of professional sufficiency will focus on the resolution of this problem, which is very frequent in an SME company of pharmaceutical master formulas. Defective products, non-conforming products, and the failure in the final presentation of the product have been playing a crucial role in this company belonging to the private sector. Thus, this article proposes the implementation of PDCA and TPM techniques, which have been previously applied in the pharmaceutical sector and have obtained the expected results.
