Flexible packaging is an alternative that is focused on covering the need to contain different types of products (food, powders, vitamin supplements, industrial accessories, etc.) and preserve their contents over time. It is a key sector of the industry for the logistic chain because the participation of this type of packaging reduces storage space, is practical, reusable and in some cases recyclable. The trend in the world and in our country is that the demand for flexible packaging is increasing in view of the fact that currently this type of products generate greater attraction for its presentation and practicality, being the printing of the packaging the added value because it is what is displayed to the public, so it is of utmost importance that the process is efficient and productive to meet this demand, with the corresponding responsibility with respect to the lead times of delivery and that the organization is an agent of direct participation in the supply chain with lean processes that can meet the expectation. In the plastics industry, studies have been made about optimizing the production processes, with the purpose of increasing productivity and eliminating dead times, wastes or wastes in the printing process. The study carried out in the present Professional Sufficiency Work has been carried out based on the investigation and obtaining of information with respect to implementations previously carried out, which were identified as successful cases in the industry related to the field of research.
