Currently construction projects in Peru are increasingly complex due to client demands. According to the latest Real Estate Situation Report (Incoin) from Tinsa, in Lima 43.9% of the active real estate projects on offer have between six and 10 floors; while 20.9% have between one and five floors and 18.9% have between 16 and 20 floors. Given this, companies in the construction sector face various difficulties in terms of planning and managing communication between those involved. According to Khaled E. (2019), building projects are far from technology, conventional methods of communicating work activities are still maintained and these, in turn, generate misunderstandings during the construction process. In the development of the research, the lack of understanding of planned activities was identified as one of the causes of low productivity; since there is a poor representation of them. This could be observed in the surveys carried out. Given this problem, a proposal for an augmented reality application guide was proposed to better understand the activities to be carried out in the foundation stage. This proposal had a positive influence on productivity, the Percentage of Completed Activities (PAC) indicator indicated a 15% improvement in productivity. By applying augmented reality technology, an improvement is evident by reducing the number of Causes of Non-Compliance compared to the conventional procedure.
