The current implementation proposal focuses on addressing the need to increase the OTIF (On Time In Full) in a mass consumption company in Peru. According to the study period, it has been found that, in the last seven months, the indicator has maintained an average of 90%, which means that it is 3% below the established internal goal. Given this situation, a comprehensive proposal is designed that includes the implementation of process management, the Design Thinking methodology and the creation of a web platform. This initiative is divided into four implementation phases, inspired by the PDCA or continuous improvement cycle, in order to comprehensively address all the underlying causes of the identified problem. During the implementation process, the main objective is to increase the OTIF indicator by reducing incidents that affect the timeliness and integrity of deliveries, such as scheduling and transportation errors. The established goal is to reach 92.5% OTIF, which implies a substantial improvement with respect to the current average of 90%. In addition, it is estimated that by reducing incidents and improving process efficiency, a 4% reduction in expenses will be achieved, which represents considerable savings for the company.
