FollowUP is a multinational company, with most of its shares owned by Datasection Inc, of Japan with its headquarters located in Chile and one of its subsidiaries in Peru. The company's Organizational Culture is based on the motto 'Freedom with Responsibility' to guide daily activities, influenced by the cultural characteristics of its employees and the countries where it operates. The objective of this study is to determine whether there is an impact of the Organizational Culture of the Company on the Organizational Performance of the subsidiary in Peru. The study is conducted using the methodology of the case method, which involves multiple sources of information, primarily interviews, research articles, and direct observation to assess the behavior of individuals when exposed to the Organizational Culture of the Company. As key technical tools, widely recommended by specialized literature, the Denison Model (DOCS) for measuring Organizational Culture and the Balanced Scorecard Model (BSC) for evaluating Organizational Performance were utilized. The results reveal a clear and direct relationship between Culture and Organizational Performance, as the Organizational Culture of the Company does impact the Organizational Performance of the subsidiary in Peru due to the free interpretations of the motto 'Freedom with Responsibility.' Finally, it is recommended to the company to reinforce feedback to the employee as a guide to conduct the interpretation of the motto 'Freedom with Responsibility' properly, and for future research, it is suggested to apply the investigation to subsidiaries related to Companies within regional or global organizations.
