The present professional proficiency work was developed in a company dedicated to the manufacture of laminated glass for the electrical automotive sector and its main objective is to increase efficiency (OEE) in the laminated glass production line. During the development, the main problems that the company is going through are evident, which are a high deformation rate of laminated glass and a high glass processing time. To achieve increased efficiency (OEE) in the laminating line, the MSA, Poka Yoke and SPC tools related to the Lean Six Sigma methodology and specifically designed to eliminate the root causes of the aforementioned problems are applied. The results of the implementation allowed the production rate of glass with conformal geometry to increase from 65.5% to 95% and the availability of the laminating line to increase from 50% to 88%. Consequently, the OEE of the line had an improvement from 31.1% to 85%.
