This document describes the problem that the company presents in the delay in assigning tickets to people who are going to be treated in its in-person care centers. This delay generated money losses for the company and, in addition, a high list of complaints. Due to the way in which this ticket assignment process was being managed, it was proposed to carry out the analysis, design, construction and testing of a solution which will allow promoting a self-service channel for the CAs in order to decongest and reduce the time of people's expectations. In the first chapter, the definition of the project is elaborated, where the background, relevant information of the organization under study is described, in addition to the problems that were identified in the organization. The general objective is defined, which reflects the general purpose of the work, which is to reduce the waiting time for ticket generation, the specific objectives, indicators and project management. The second chapter covers the theoretical framework, describes the main concepts, framework, database, methodologies, quality standards and the legal bases that support the project. The third chapter presents the development of the project, showing the design of the solution, the architecture that will support the structure of the system, the validations and analysis of the results. Finally, the fourth chapter describes the conclusions obtained from the project and specifies the recommendations for the continuous improvement of the organization. The project report concludes with the references, Siglario and Annexes that integrate the understanding of this project.
