The “Human resources monitoring system in teleworking scenarios” project comprehensively covers the phenomenon of teleworking, focusing its analysis on the growing influence of telecommunications in the contemporary workplace. It must be mentioned, the advantages and disadvantages for both workers and employers, recognizing that, while teleworking can offer flexibility and convenience to employees, It also presents challenges in terms of supervision and management for employers. On the other hand, the pandemic has been a significant catalyst in the transformation of the labor sector, driving the mass adoption of teleworking. This sudden change has led companies to rethink their strategies to ensure the productivity and engagement of their employees who are now working remotely. In this sense, the use of monitoring and tracking tools in teleworking can be a viable strategy to improve productivity and guarantee compliance with daily activities. However, it is important to approach this approach with sensitivity and consider the privacy and well-being of employees, where the balance between supervision and respect for privacy is essential to building a healthy and productive teleworking environment. The goal should be to create an environment that inspires confidence and motivation, rather than one that raises concerns about invasion of privacy. In conclusion, by following these steps and promoting transparency and collaboration, Companies can implement monitoring tools ethically and effectively, maximizing benefits to the organization and maintaining the trust and commitment of their remote employees.
