The objective of this project is to optimize the process of taking SAP orders by the company's sellers, with the creation of an ADDON with an interface to SAP. The methodology is carried out through the analysis of the problem to lay the foundations for the design and implementation of an effective solution, the design of the solution, starts from the business architecture and the diagrams according to the 4C model in a hierarchical way from the diagram of context, containers, components and code, the interfaces of the system are detailed as it is deployed with users. The questionnaire is applied and validated by experts in the company and then the results of the responses obtained were analyzed. As part of the validation of the solution, the results of a survey were analyzed, with a questionnaire that was categorized as follows: Effectiveness in use, Efficiency in use, User satisfaction and Content. From which, a 94.55% success rate in user acceptance of the system was obtained. To measure the degree of user satisfaction with the system, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was applied to justify the level of reliability, which yielded a value of 0.978, which gives an Excellent degree of reliability. Thus demonstrating that the Web application is useful for both the commercial force and the credit and collections area; optimizing time and costs.
