This report presents a successful implementation of a projected cash flow in a restaurant industry company that was facing liquidity and financial management challenges. The implementation was carried out using the agile Scrum methodology, which allowed for flexible and efficient project management. The process involved establishing an interdisciplinary Scrum team dedicated to gathering financial data, analyzing historical records, identifying trends, and projecting future cash flows. Strategies were applied to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. As a result of the implementation, the restaurant acquired a heightened comprehension of its financial situation and was able to make informed decisions to optimize liquidity. This case study demonstrates that the implementation of a projected cash flow using an agile methodology can be a valuable tool for addressing liquidity issues in the restaurant industry and improving long-term financial decision-making.
