The “service level“ indicator reflects the quality and efficiency of the services offered by a company. A high service level usually indicates that the company effectively meets its customers' expectations, which can lead to customer retention and market success. On the other hand, a low level of service can lead to customer dissatisfaction and affect the company's reputation and performance. Therefore, constantly monitoring and improving the level of service is essential for business success. The objective of this research project is to propose a solution model to increase the service level of the landscaping sector. Methodologies such as 5S, Cyclic counting and inventory control are used to improve productivity, good storage practices and inventory control. Validation was done through the pilot started in 2023, a case study was used with a service level percentage of 85.50%, while the average for service companies is 95.00%, indicating an opportunity for improvement of 9.50%.
