The main objective of this work is to increase the rate of non-compliant orders in a distribution company, for which Lean Service tools will be employed through Standardized Work (SW), Poka Yoke, and the Andon System. Firstly, the collection of information provided by the organization will be carried out, and by using diagnostic techniques, including tools like Ishikawa, root causes will be determined. Secondly, the identified causes will be sought to be eliminated by utilizing Lean Service tools, three of which are part of our project: Standardized Work, Poka Yoke, and the Andon System. Standardized Work will assist us in improving the Order Delivery Process through guidelines that examine and redesign the process. Poka Yoke will enable us to verify missing products using a system that identifies the location of products for incorrect packaging. The Andon system will help us identify missing documents through a system of colored lights, allowing us to correct errors in the merchandise dispatch process before it is sent to the customer. With the implementation of this model, improvements in the rate of non-compliant orders within the distribution company are expected. Additionally, knowledge about the application of Lean Service tools in companies within the same sector will be provided.
