The present research consists of developing an automation guide using the Dynamo tool, which will allow optimizing progress control in the finishing stage in multifamily projects. This arises from the various difficulties that currently arise in the construction sector in carrying out progress control of subcontractors. The use of this tool will allow you to optimize the time invested in the process of validating the progress in these items, since greater detail is required because they are unique items. The proposed proposal integrates productivity management tools with Dynamo. This arises from the gaps that currently exist in the construction sector. With this visual automation tool it will allow you to establish better monitoring in the control of project progress, known tools in the Last Planner together with this proposed proposal generates better development for productivity management, since it allows you better monitoring and that captured in the field can be seen visually in the 3D model, so anyone involved, whether client or supervisor, can have access and manage how the work is progressing, allowing any inconvenience that may arise to be anticipated. Interviews were conducted with various professionals in the construction sector to validate the proposal through expert judgment. The results indicated that the proposed proposal is viable for possible implementation in a project.
