In Perú, one of the main problems of society is the incorrect management of solid waste, generating a great socio-environmental impact, pollution to the environment, human life and biodiversity. Therefore, in orden to minimize this problema, the ewaste has to be disposed of in an authorized landfill, which is why this waste has to be transported by Solid Wsate Operating Companies (EORS) that are authorized by the Ministry of the Environment. Where in Peru there are 1498. In this project, the problema that Petromax is currently facing Will be explained, where inconsistency has been detected in the invoices and certificates issued, being more specific the diagnosis, análisis and proposals for improvement will be made known. In the first chapter, we will present the contexto f the organization, considering the economic, social and cultural aspects. In it, the situation of the problema to be studied will be presented, describing the process to be used to collect data for the análisis of the problem situation. In the second chapter, the theoretical framework of the research will be developed, where the key concepts and proposals for improvement for the problematic situation will be made known. In ten third chapter, the improvement alternatives that have been considered for the problema and/or for future similar cases will be argued.
