The current study suggests an option for handling of Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW), with the aim of minimizing environmental impactand and landscape pollution, through a study model for the implementation of a dump integrated with a RCD recovery plant. Where the purpose of said infrastructure is not only to eliminate waste, but also to value it through different processes and convert it into new raw materials for construction, thus reducing the volume to be deposited in the dump and the unnecessary consumption of new resources. This research serves as a reference for the creation of similar final disposal infrastructure projects that wish to be inserted into a circular economy model in favor of sustainable development. Projects like this one, where waste management habits are prioritized and promoted, which need government support to be effective. In order to carry out the final disposal infrastructure proposal, the suggested methodology consists of four stages. The first, the market study, where the supply and demand of the RCDs in the city of Chimbote is analyzed, as well as in some neighboring cities, in order to know the capacity that the dump should have. In addition, an alternative for the reuse of waste is proposed, for the construction of sidewalks from recycled aggregates. Secondly, a technical study is developed, which consists of several preliminary studies and the optimal location, area, access, equipment, machinery and complementary constructions were determined. Thirdly, an economic study is developed, where the total investment to be made, the type of financing, the income and expenses of the proposal are analyzed. To finally, in the fourth stage, with the financial study, analyze the pertinent indices that demonstrate the feasibility of the project, and conclude that 40% of the RCD generated in Chimbote can be managed, reused in different ways and dispose of them in an authorized dump.
