This case study focuses on the problem of high personnel turnover in the operations area of the Veolia Lima Expresa project. This issue has generated significant concern due to its impact on the organization. High driver turnover in the operations area not only creates labor instability, but also negatively influences the work environment, staff productivity and the quality of service provided to clients. The objective of this study is to identify the variables and factors that contribute to the high personnel turnover in this area and propose a solution. Through data analysis and review of relevant academic literature from various authors, we seek to understand the reasons behind this problem. In addition, we propose appropriate solutions and recommendations that could be implemented in the company to prevent drivers from resigning and, consequently, reduce the frequency of job vacancies. We hope that the findings and conclusions derived from this research work will contribute significantly to the resolution of the current problems faced by the company, improving labor stability, the work environment, staff productivity and, ultimately, the quality of service offered to customers.
