The study focused on understanding the situation of OCR ADUANAS S.A.C., a customs brokerage and logistics company in Peru. It highlighted its importance in international trade and its strategic location in a context of cultural diversity and political crises. Despite these adversities, the policy of openness to international trade remained constant. The company stands out for its efficiency, quality and financial strength. A problem was identified in the operations office related to low wages and their impact on job performance. To address this problem, various theories and models were explored, including McGregor's Theory X and Y, Deming's Total Quality Model. Among the proposed solutions, the axiological strategy stood out as the most appropriate due to its alignment with the organisation's objectives and its feasibility. In conclusion, the present work reveals that OCR ADUANAS S.A.C. faces challenges in the work environment despite its strength in the sector. The implementation of the axiological strategy is proposed as an effective solution to address remuneration problems and improve employee performance. This personalised approach can help the company maintain its leading position in international trade in the future.
