Telnetcom Perú S.A.C. faces significant challenges in inventory management, especially in the revision of the Kardex, which affects its operational efficiency and profitability. The discrepancy between the Kardex and actual stock has caused delivery errors and customer dissatisfaction, affecting the company's reputation in a competitive market. To address these challenges, a comprehensive solution is proposed that includes the implementation of automated inventory management systems, ongoing staff training, and the establishment of strategic relationships with reliable suppliers. This alternative is aligned with the institutional objectives of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The implementation of this solution implies a considerable initial financial investment in technology and training, but a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 107,249.46 in the first year is projected, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 7%. These indicators suggest that the project is profitable and can generate more value than it costs to invest in it. In addition, a detailed schedule has been developed for an effective and progressive implementation of the proposed solutions over a 12-month period.
