The objective of this work was to propose the implementation of one of the Business Intelligence (BI) tools best valued by experts and users, to a Law Firm located in the city of Lima. This Firm has presented poor management in the monitoring and control of its activities during the 2022 period, as well as the lack of data-based information, considered a fundamental requirement for better decision-making. For this research, the main information requirements demanded by the Study were examined, the stored data and the operational and economic capacity of the Study to implement any of the proposed alternatives were collected and analyzed. Through a review of research background, theories related to the existing problems and case studies related to this work, it was possible to determine which BI tools are best valued in the information technology market for their analysis capacity. of data, real-time reporting and scalability. The selected tools were: Power Bi, Tableau and QlikView. Subsequently, the chosen tools were compared based on their characteristics and advantages, as well as their alignment with the interests and requirements of the organization. Likewise, the different capacities of the Study to adopt the chosen tool were evaluated. Finally, it was concluded that Power Bi was the most suitable tool for the Study due to its low implementation cost, ease of use and ability to adapt and respond to future needs.
