Currently in Peru, there are thousands of companies that contract suppliers to supply inputs or resources necessary for the organization. This project ranges from the presentation of the problem to the development of a digital purchasing system for the selection of suppliers, which was implemented in a national program that provides food care in Peru. Where their main problem was being able to carry out their purchasing process quickly, safely and transparently, which was handled in person with notary and with a lot of physical documentation, therefore it took many hours of work, investing too many hours of review and validation of physical documentation. For this reason, a system was developed in which legal or natural persons presented their proposals, in this way a successful evaluation and selection of suppliers was achieved, which had considerable savings in administrative expenses, reducing almost 1,700,000 soles, reduction of complaints regarding corruption issues by 86% and 40% savings in time in the evaluation stage. In this way, transparent contracting and access to public information about the process are ensured, managing to provide a safe and quality food service to the different most remote places to make the presence of the Peruvian state noticeable.
