This research is descriptive and consists of a case study. For the purpose of this analysis, the consulting company specialized in road engineering, the subject of the study, will be referred to as “SP.“ SP's organizational culture is not strong because the company has not yet clearly defined or communicated its principles of strategic direction, such as mission, vision, values, as well as the guidelines and policies that guide the management of its activities and decision-making. This impacts the company's performance and productivity. In response to this issue, it is proposed to adopt Human Resources policies, such as personnel selection, evaluation, training, compensation, and career development, with the goal of enhancing the performance of all areas and strengthening the company's culture. This proposed solution will have the following results: (i) improve employee performance, (ii) enhance the organizational climate, and (iii) reduce operational risks. Therefore, it is necessary for SP's CEO to lead this process and motivate all members of the organization.
