Currently, banks in our country have many clients in their portfolio; Part of these request loans to finance different types of projects. For some of these requests, contracts are signed where the requesting company undertakes to carry out a certain number of movements in its accounts. This process of evaluating the behavior of commitments in account movements is called monitoring. Notifying the company that it must make the committed amount based on the agreed monthly total is called channeling. However, the current payment channeling process has incomplete and late monitoring. Only about 15 companies out of 300 are monitored. This small number is due to the fact that the process is manual and is carried out every 4 months. Furthermore, of these 15, only 14 carry out the agreed money movements and 1 cannot do so. Therefore, to improve this situation, a Robotics Process Automation project was developed and implemented. Based on the analysis of repetitive activities, it was determined that they should be automated to reduce human intervention. With this, the number of companies that are monitored has increased by 100%; and of these, 72% manage to channel the entire amount; and 28% of the total companies did not channel; Therefore, an alert was sent to the official in charge to contact the company.
