Private university education in Peru faces a growing demand from young people looking to start a career. Therefore, avoiding disruption in their enrollment and payment processes ensures compliance of one of their primary goals: financial collection. This thesis has as main focus the implementation of Academic Management ERP in cloud that allows reducing the number of uncompleted operations in the enrollment and payment processes at a Peruvian university. So, it seeks to provide mechanisms to guarantee continuity in the payment collection of any academic institution. The document consists of three chapters. The first chapter describes background of the education sector and target organization, define the problem to solve, sets the objectives with their respective success indicators, and presents the project planning. The second chapter develops the conceptual framework of the theories, standards, frameworks and regulatory framework used in the solution. In chapter 3, the design of the solution using the TOGAF enterprise architecture is presented and its development through the C4 model. Finally, the validation of the project carried out by IT experts is shown through a questionnaire with questions related to software quality attributes. This thesis hopes to ensure that the educational organization under study and other universities have mechanisms to ensure the continuity of their enrollment and payment processes.
