The objective of this thesis was to validate a material waste management guide in works carried out in Lima. For this, an analysis of three building works was carried out in which it was identified that the item with the highest percentage incidence within the budget of the architecture specialty is the item of masonry walls, which represents between 8% to 20% in the projects analyzed. After identifying the item, the 3D model was created to calculate the volume of the masonry walls and the amount of material required for its execution. With the calculations it was obtained that the percentages of waste generated by this item vary from 2% to 17%, exceeding the percentage given in the theories which is 5%. After all the data collected, the masonry wall waste management guide is written, which presents the construction processes to be followed, the process flow charts indicating those responsible for the controls and inspection points, and recommendation for the use of the Ishikawa diagram. , masonry wall control protocol and the implementation of the 3R to seek a reduction in waste and management of waste generated by the execution of masonry walls.
