During recent years in Peru, the construction sector has increased significantly, whether in buildings, universities, hospitals, ports, etc. In Lima, on December 30, 1965, our Jorge Chávez International Airport located in Callao was inaugurated. Currently, this airport has presented various problems, including passenger traffic, aircraft traffic, and cargo traffic, among many. In order to reduce this problem, Lima Airport Partners (the airport's concessionaire company) presented the design of the new air terminal; estimates are that it would be operational by 2024 and would support 35 million passengers per year. (Torres, 2019) Construction projects span several stages, of which the execution stage plays an important role. Likewise, in Peru, the most used material in the construction sector is concrete, however, only 23% of the concrete produced is premixed and 77% is made on site. (Garay et al., 2016) This thesis explains a proposal for a lesson learned plan in the enabling and placement of concrete in the execution stage. Its main objective is to minimize observations and non-conformities of the current project. Finally, what is intended is an improvement and a reduction to avoid having a greater number of observations either in this work or in a project in general.
