The following professional competence project is dedicated to the analysis and evaluation of a social housing construction company, aimed at implementing improvements in beneficiary outreach. The objective is to devise a strategy enabling the company to broaden its beneficiary base during national calls. This approach seeks to leverage digital marketing tools to augment the pool of prospective beneficiaries. To this end, the company will establish profiles across major social media platforms, disseminating information regarding the program, its prerequisites, and available communication channels. These initiatives are expected to extend the company's regional outreach. Furthermore, strategic investments will be made in interviews and commercials on various regional television channels and radio stations, all of which leverage digital platforms. In order to ascertain the most appropriate strategy for the company, this work utilizes diagnostic tools commonly applied in the field of administration. These include, among others, PESTEL Analysis, Porter's Five Forces Methodology, Competitive Profile Matrix, Ishikawa Diagram, EFE Matrix Analysis, EFI Matrix Analysis, Cross SWOT Matrix, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. This work is structured into three chapters. The initial chapter involves an assessment of the company's current state, identifying the existing problematic situation. The subsequent chapter explores alternative solutions to address the identified problem. Finally, the third chapter scrutinizes the selected alternative, evaluating its short-term viability and feasibility.
