This project was applied with the objective of making use of Design Thinking and Scrum to improve the algorithm for assigning work orders to a subcontractor of the pole changing activity in an electrical engineering company. It was decided to choose the mentioned activity because it was the one with the greatest delays. Besides, the services they provide and historical data were taken into consideration as support for the development of the present, which served to carry out an analysis of information that helps with the objective of the project. After the analysis, it was defined that the use of Design Thinking and Scrum complemented each other to understand the real problem, understand its origin, propose solutions and implement it in a structured way. Obtaining a favorable result where order execution performance increased from 2 to 3 per day. On the other hand, to corroborate that the proposed pollution provided the expected result, an evaluation stage was held where the results were verified. Finally, it was concluded that the use of Design Thinking and Scrum complement each other objectively in seeking to solve a problem, knowing it in detail, looking for alternative solutions and validating that it achieves the initial stated objective.
