The office sector in Peru has faced difficulties for years due to the complexity of resolving disputes between clients. These challenges are related to bureaucracy, lack of transparency and the need to provide graphic documentation. Despite the decline in office demand in 2020 due to the pandemic, the sector is recovering and shows promising prospects. In this context, it is proposed to design a technical guide for the after-sales area and office clients in Lima using digital twin technology. This guide aims to facilitate the analysis and validation of complaints following specific criteria, thus improving access to information for the after-sales area and clients and promoting transparency in the use and operation of the offices. A survey of experts in the field was conducted to validate the importance of the research. Most of the respondents considered the study to be highly relevant. However, constraints were identified, such as the limited number of specialists and a conservative culture. In conclusion, the study supports the need to create a technical guide with a digital twin for the office after-sales area, with 91% of the respondents considering it crucial, while the rest gave a fair rating, guiding future research towards overcoming restrictions and limitations.
