The purpose of this professional sufficiency work is to demonstrate the results of implementing a prize payout system in the slot machine area of a casino in Metropolitan Lima. The need for this arose because the organization faced a significant challenge: delays in processing the payout of the jackpot. These delays caused discomfort and customer complaints, which threatened the organization's image and reputation. To address this problem, all tasks involved in this process, along with their antecedents, were identified and analyzed, revealing that the delay was caused by manual and repetitive tasks. The reliance on a limited number of physical devices involved in this process, and the lack of interoperability between the slot machine network and the organization's network, were additional factors contributing to the slowness. As a result, the creation of a prize payout system was proposed, based on a web application developed using the model-view-controller software design pattern, along with a mobile application for smartphones running the Android operating system. After a project duration of 4 and a half months, during which 52 test cases were conducted, these solutions successfully reduced the average processing time from approximately 13 minutes to 4 minutes, surpassing improvement expectations.
