This research work focuses on the development of the improvement of the warehouse management for a textile company, due to the increase in the number of products returned by the end customers. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to reduce the time of the picking and packing process, to redistribute the warehouse, to improve the order and cleanliness inside the facilities, to adapt the posts and tools so that the use of them is accessible to the workers; which generates the increase of the service level in the delivery of orders. Based on the problem identified in the company under study, the tools of the Lean Logistic methodology will be applied in order to reduce and/or eliminate the problem; therefore it is necessary that each tool attacks the causes that generate this problem. In this regard, the validation of the tools was carried out through the pilot plan, specifically in the warehouse area, to evaluate the feasibility, time, cost and other factors involved in the problem. In this regard, the validation of the tools was carried out through the pilot plan, specifically in the warehouse area to evaluate the feasibility, time, cost and other factors involved in the problem. Finally, the efficiency of the implemented improvements was evaluated, and as a result of the economic flow, a positive impact on the profitability was obtained, such as NPV of S/. 16,893.60 and an IRR of 88.90%, in addition, the returns were reduced from 15.82% to 6.68%.
