The importance of freight forwarder logistics services is highly relevant to importers and exporters. It will not only facilitate the logistic chain, but also multiply the capitals by providing a correct and adequate process in each company. The company Onboard Logistics is characterized for being a transnational freight forwarder where it provides services for import and export shipments, however, the importance of import shipments is 70%. The central objective of the problem is to increase import shipments after a decrease during the period from January to June 2023. The focus of the problem is related to the Pricing area as the main actor and manager of import dispatches as it is a strategic area of cost collection and negotiation. This work has a qualitative methodology, focused on a case study, in addition to collecting primary sources through in-depth interviews. These interviews were conducted with the main areas involved such as Pricing, Key Account, Commercial and Customer Service. The background and theoretical framework were established in relation to the topic of study in foreign trade operators, making references to similar problems. The main findings are time management, cost management and the proper diagnosis of a logistics chain. All these factors lead to the search for adequate solutions or alternatives in order to employ a plan of action and achieve the proposed objective.
