The topic of the following research is job rotation and the motivation of sales area personnel in a natural gas network installation Company in Lima. This study originated to analyze the causes and effects of rotation in the sales area, which is a family business that has 14 collaborators including administrative staff, installation technicians and sales advisors. The research will be developed as follows: chapter 1 the problematic situation will be presented, for which the external context (political, economic, social and cultural) for the massification of natural gas in Peru and the internal context of the company will be presented. Where the relevant activities are indicated. Likewise, the elements of the problematic situation raised will be delved into. In the second chapter, the alternatives for the problematic situation will be identified, going through the analysis of the causes and effects to propose alternative solutions to the problem. In the third chapter, the 3 alternatives will be analyzed and the viability of the alternative chosen as a solution to the problem raised will be presented. The research will be approached with a qualitative methodology, for which interviews have been carried out with company representatives. This information will be contrasted with the information collected through the chosen bibliographic sources to understand the theoretical framework and the analysis of other cases where this type of problem has arisen.
