The main objective of this professional proficiency work is to define and implement strategies that allow solving the main problem of non-compliance with the established deadlines for the delivery of their orders presented by the company in charge of generating and sending award cards to their clients, regarding the main operations they carry out in their supply chain, especially in their distribution process. To identify these strategies, research has been carried out based on different theories or models used in case studies where similar problems have arisen, highlighting the Lean Service methodology with the 5S tool, as well as the management of production processes BPM. On the other hand, given that the method used is based on a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews have been carried out with the main areas involved such as operations and distribution. With the results of the interviews, relevant information was obtained that has allowed us to establish alternatives with the proper theoretical foundation related to the problematic situation of study and thus select the best solution based on various evaluation criteria, with which it is expected to have results. aligned with the main objectives of the company regarding increasing the customer portfolio, providing effective communication, satisfying their needs, and improving order delivery times in the short term, so it is expected that this work will help future studies. with similar problems in the areas of Operations and Logistics.
