The last year of medicine career is about on making the medical internship; a fundamental stage to complete the training of the future health professionals, since it allows to put on practice the knowledge acquired years before. Objective: describe and make out an analysis of a series of clinical cases in which I was able to intervene as a medical intern and at the same time contributed in my academic and personal formation. Methodology: Observational and descriptive study of 30 clinical cases collected during the medical internship carried out in the Hospital,Nacional Dos de Mayo and the Hospital María Auxiliadora. Main results or findings: description of 30 clinical cases of the services of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery and Gynecologist and Obstetrics. Conclusions: the, medical, internship is one of the most important and enriching stages in the formation of the medical students because there is learn and reinforced theoretical and practical knowledge. Additionally, during the medical internship, I learned and strengthened the medical-patient relationship, got to know very closely the deficiencies the national hospitals had and how it affected their patients. Finally, I consider that the medical internship was the best year of the medical career because I learned, I grew up in different ways and met people who enriched my formation.
