Our business plan presents an interesting investment proposal in the area of Peruvian food restaurants, specializing in the preparation of organic and balanced Creole dishes, seeks to establish itself in one of the most exclusive districts of Lima and is focused on satisfying the consumption needs of workers between the ages of 25 and 45. Our objective is to prove the viability and feasibility of the business idea through the analysis of supply, demand and the economic and financial impact of the project. According to the analysis of the macro environment, we have favorable conditions for the implementation of this business idea, added to the analysis of the micro environment, it indicates that the restaurant business is an attractive industry to invest in; For this reason, we believe that we have a great business opportunity in the food industry. Our proposal was validated through a market survey with the main objective of validating the incursion of organic food in Creole dishes. The main differential is the healthy approach in the area of Creole foods. Finally, in the financial analysis we have a projected cash flow during the 5 years of execution resulting in very good net values in terms of performance with a NPVe of S/. 27,328 and an IRRe of 23.66%.
